LET GO STUDIO LLC 90-Day Growth Portal TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all clients (“Client”) purchasing the 90-Day Growth Portal from Let Go Studio LLC (“Let Go Studio” or “Agency”) through a direct payment link or online checkout.

By completing purchase, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Scope of Services

Let Go Studio provides marketing, paid media, and strategic support services, which may include:

  1. Strategic guidance through the Let Go Studio process

  2. Paid advertising strategy and management

  3. Ad creative development

  4. Landing page design, development, and optimization (as applicable)

  5. Lead magnet creation (when aligned with strategy)

  6. Strategy check-ins, asynchronous updates, and performance reporting

  7. Up to ten (10) creative tests per month unless otherwise agreed in writing

Specific deliverables, timelines, and priorities may evolve based on strategy and mutual agreement.

Campaign Build Capacity

While multiple campaigns may be managed during the engagement, Let Go Studio will actively build and launch one (1) campaign at a time, including creative, funnel components, and testing. Parallel campaign builds are outside the scope unless otherwise agreed upon in writing and may require additional fees.

2. Term

Services begin on the date of purchase and continue on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise stated.

The engagement includes:

  • An initial three (3) month trial term (“Trial Term”), followed by

  • An ongoing month-to-month engagement unless terminated in accordance with Section 7.

3. Fees & Payment

Trial Term Fee

During the initial three (3) month Trial Term, the Client agrees to pay the trial retainer amount displayed at checkout.

Standard Monthly Retainer

Upon completion of the Trial Term, the engagement automatically continues at Let Go Studio’s standard monthly retainer rate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Method

Payments are processed via Let Go Studio LLC’s approved payment processor.

Any payment authorization will reflect the 90 day pricing for the first three months and automatically transition to the standard retainer rate thereafter.

No recurring payments will be initiated without Client consent at checkout.

4. Advertising Spend

Agency fees do not include advertising spend.

Advertising budgets are determined collaboratively based on goals and capacity. Advertising spend is paid directly to advertising platforms and is non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  1. Provide timely access to required accounts and platforms

  2. Respond reasonably to feedback and approval requests

  3. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and platform policies

Delays caused by lack of access or communication may impact timelines and results.

6. Confidentiality & Independence

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or non-public information shared during the engagement.

Independence

Let Go Studio LLC operates as an independent business entity. Any prior collaborators, partner brands, or affiliated entities are not owners, operators, or parties to this Agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing fifteen (15) days written notice prior to the end of the current billing cycle.

No additional monthly fees will be charged beyond the notice period.

Term Notice

If the Client does not wish to continue beyond the initial 90-day term, written notice must be provided at least ten (10) business days prior to the end of the 90-day Term. Otherwise, the engagement will automatically continue month-to-month at the standard retainer rate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Let Go Studio makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, revenue, or performance results. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside Agency control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let Go Studio’s liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client during the three (3) months preceding any claim.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between Let Go Studio and the Client regarding services purchased through the payment link and supersede prior discussions or understandings.

Any amendments must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
