These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Friday Performance Lab, a group-based performance optimization program operated by Let Go Studio / Friday Performance Lab.
By purchasing access to this program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Program Overview
Friday Performance Lab is a group-based performance review and guidance program designed to support brands running or preparing to run paid advertising campaigns. The program provides structured weekly sessions and limited emergency review support related specifically to media buying and advertising performance. Participation in Friday Performance Lab does not constitute a done-for-you service, consulting engagement, or agency representation.

2. Program Format
Participants receive access to:
Weekly Performance Lab Calls
One live group call per week (60 minutes)
Hosted by the Friday Performance Lab media director
Conducted via Google Meet or similar virtual meeting platform
Calls follow a structured format where participants may share their advertising accounts, campaign data, or performance questions for live review.
Red Flag Support as defined in section 4.

3. Minimum Commitment
Participation in Friday Performance Lab requires a minimum commitment of three (3) months.
By enrolling, participants agree to remain active in the program for the full initial three-month term. After the initial commitment period, participation may continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to team@letgo.studio at least 7 days prior to the next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.

4. Red Flag Support
Participants may submit up to two (2) Red Flag requests per month.
Red Flag requests are designed for urgent performance-related issues between scheduled sessions, including:
Ad disapprovals or platform flags
Sudden or unexplained performance drops
Tracking or attribution issues
Account-level decision support
Red Flag submissions must be sent via email and include sufficient context, screenshots, or Loom recordings where applicable. Responses are provided within 24 business hours. Red Flag support is intended for urgent performance matters only and may not be used for ongoing coaching or strategy development.

5. Scope of Support
Friday Performance Lab primarily focuses on media buying performance and advertising account optimization.
Topics that may be discussed include:
campaign structure
targeting and audience strategy
creative performance
performance metrics
tracking setup and attribution issues
Questions related to creative production, copywriting, funnel design, website development, or other marketing services may be addressed at a high level but are generally outside the core scope of the program. Additional services may be offered separately.

6. Client Responsibilities
Participants are responsible for:
maintaining access to their own advertising accounts and platforms
preparing relevant questions or materials for review
being ready to share screens or relevant data during live sessions
If a participant is not prepared when called during a session, the host may move on to the next participant in order to maintain the structure and timing of the call.

7. Results Disclaimer
Friday Performance Lab provides strategic insight, feedback, and guidance based on available information and industry experience. However, marketing performance depends on many factors outside the control of the program, including:
creative quality
product-market fit
offer strength
advertising budgets
platform changes
As such, specific results or outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Participants remain responsible for implementing recommendations and managing their own advertising accounts.

8. Recordings
Participants may receive access to recordings of live sessions for the purpose of reviewing feedback or learning from other account reviews conducted during the session. By participating in the program, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of sessions and agree not to distribute recordings elsewhere.

9. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the program and limited cohort size, payments are generally non-refundable. The three-month commitment is expected to be honored once enrollment is confirmed. Refund requests, if any, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Let Go Studio LLC.

10. Program Capacity
Friday Performance Lab maintains a limited number of participants in each cohort in order to preserve program quality. Enrollment may be capped or closed at any time.

11. Changes to the Program
Friday Performance Lab reserves the right to modify program structure, schedules, or delivery methods as needed to improve participant experience or operational efficiency. Participants will be notified of any material changes.

12. Acceptance of Terms
